They're not inexpensive to be sure, especially if you want to start talking KS speaker "wires." But I love the fidelity. They've become a constant I couldn't live without at this point even as individual components may come and go. After so many years with them they may have, in fact, become neutral to my ears. Though if I seem to recall correctly, my early 1010s sounded pretty darned neutral, always letting the components do their thing, always yielding good bass extension and crystal clear highs. I'm of course highly invested at this point and that makes me obviously biased.

Sorry I didn't get the lovely 1036 RCA's up today. I took my son to a baseball game and just never found the time. Now it's off to Dallas for 24 hours to listen to a pair of MAXX3s a good friend of mine has (home cooked meal from his lovely wife should be a treat as well.). Funny, we have a 20' by 30' room with just the electronics for such things. If he has them set up properly this could prove to be a very costly trip in the long run. But hopefully wednesday I'll be back behind the lens. It's a shame I can't plug them into a PH6 yet.

AeroSmith....I've used the Kimber KS series since their beginning and your thoughts mirror mine. I've used them for so long now there's no reason to change except if they are improved on which the new 36 series are. Post your pics and thoughts when you have the time.

Finally got around to taking some more shots. I really wish these were being used. Alas, my PH6 vigil continues.

These are 1036s. Staying with the 1136 between the Boulder 810 and the ARC DS450. And probably going to upgrade the 1130s from my sources to 1136s.....

AeroSmith...you dawg! You're pulling the trigger on Maxx 3s . That makes 2 AAers (Serge and yourself) so far (that I know of) who are purchasing Maxx 3s. Congrats
