Default My project for this week-end

Home-made power chord I have the connector for a pair and it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to build them. The cable is made of 3*3.5mm (7AWG) wire which should be more than enough to bring the power to the amp and CD player. The plugs are gold platted.

I'll post the pics once the chord are done

Yes you're right. It's 12 AWG (mistook 3.5mm2 for 3.5mm)

antipop.......Your cable is actually 12 gauge wire times three conductors.

I misread the paper while typing and thought it was 7. You're right it's 3*12AWG which already makes quite a stiff cable
