My E-800 just arrived today. This integrated is built like a tank. It sounds very good right out of the box and I am looking forward to hearing incremental improvements as it breaks in. I will post my impressions after a couple hundred hours but it is already showing great promise.

OK - guys, go ahead and start a wager pool to see how long I will keep this one!

That is so sweet. Listening to my E650 now - I can only imagine how good the 800 sounds with those Harbeths.

You need to actually keep this one for a couple of hundred hours of listening time - just to see what happens.

I'll be following along to see what you think with the Harbeth speakers. I'm contemplating an amplification change, myself.

Great looking amp, I have owned the E-530/E-550/E-560/E-600, the E-800 looks very inviting :-), but I will keep the Aavik I have for now.
