Disturb? That's only if adjusted improperly. Considering that the individual drivers are fixed in relation to one another, all you are doing is optimizing alignment as best can be achieved within all of the room/listening variables.

By "disturb" I ment "altering" as you delay the tweeter as you tilt the speaker back. I have always thought that altering the rake by your self was a big no no.
But that's great news and something I will try to see what results I get.

With reference to the master setup process; If you want to move the image slightly to the left, does one move the right speaker more to the left?

Multiple answers depending on where you are in the process.

The bass needs to be pressurizing evenly with speakers toed visually the same before you look anywhere else.

Everything else is spot on. Bass is properly pressurising the room and height is correct using runaway horse, I just want to move the image about a centimetre or so to the left.

Douglas - please forgive me if I'm missing something here, but wouldn't it be easier to just move your chair. It's less than half an inch.

Assuming all else is correct and complete, move the right speaker back a 1/4". What happens? Tonally? Center image?

Hi Higgens, I would prefer to set the speakers rather than move my chair.
