anyone know where I can get this type of isolation platform?

If my memory serves me, I believe the Sonus Faber Grand Pianos came with the slabs shown in the picture, I think they were a standard marble, not granite. Can't imagine they would be any different than a standard marble slab that you can get from a stone/tile/outdoor store.

Guarneri Mementos came with the Italian marble platforms as well.

No, it would not be any different than finding slabs of granite, marble or any other stone at places like the gardening store, Home Depot or the local granite/stone yard.

Would guess if it’s Italian it will be Carrara marble, a major location where this rock is quarried, some of the best. My family is very close to there.

If you are putting the slab on a carpeted floor, you're better off just using the spikes and engaging the hard subfloor.
