Where Are You My Love? (Ou Es-Tu Mon Amour?) track is easily in the top 10 most beautiful pieces of music I have heard in the last 30 years. Nearly made me tear up so beautiful is the violin.

Absolutely Fantastic! Dave Brubeck is one of my favorites and this album is a true sonic gem and a treat for the ears. I had to get my laptop out for this one to run the true DSD128 files straight into my DAC.

Yes, those one mic recordings are really something.
On the Sound Liaison web site there is a link to a review which in great detail describes the whole recording process, very interesting reading.

Review about One Mic Recording by Joe Whip at Audiophile Style.
.....These guys and this recording just rocks. Pace, rhythm, tone and soundstage are just off the charts.
The precise placement of all four of the musicians perfectly matches the photos of the sessions.
The balance of all four instruments is darn near perfect. As you can no doubt tell, I am a huge fan of this recording.
It is one of the best in terms of recording quality I have ever heard. Of course, and as always,
your view of the actual music content may vary quite considerably from mine.
Nonetheless, I think we would all agree that this recording sounds sensational....

Those ''one microphone recordings'' are indeed getting a good deal of praise.
But don't forget their older 24/96 multi track recordings of which some where mentioned in the#1 post of this thread. They do stand the test of time very well.
The label has a summer sale with 20% off the coming weeks so this may be a good time to check out their back catalogue; https://www.soundliaison.com/
These are some of my favorites;

Paul Berner Band > Road to Memphis is my favorite content from the label and the recording is superb. Not quite as good as the one mic’s, but stellar nonetheless. I’m going to give it a listen tonight.

One of mine too. I love that album as well as his Beatles album; .https://www.soundliaison.com/index.p...bird-has-flown
Paul Berner is one of those rare musicians who seems to put the music above ego.

So very pretty! Thanks for posting.

And good to see their contribution to the world of music is still alive and well.

This band just received a 5 star review at audiophile style playing in the tradition of the 2 older Masters;
