Any quality metal disc with a recess for the spike to sit it.

Actually I have some from my Lovan rack thats going away soon - my next investment, a new rack\cabinet.

They sound fantastic. Everything sounds more realistic than the B&Ws and they only have at most 25 hours on them. Diana Krall sounds so good right now.
