I find them very flat and "2D" sounding with no toe-in, I prefer quite a bit of toe-in having them "cross" around 1 meter behind me.
This setup make brings forth the imaging and 3D spaciousness.

Something around this setup is also mentioned in one of the illustrations in the manual.

For those that love the Sopra's, don't be alarmed...there are no absolutes in Audio, only preferences. One big factor I've learned is the room plays a significant role in what speaker will sound/work best.

Considering buying the Sopra 2s. Had great audition at local dealer. Any owners that can tell me if they typically come as matched pairs with either the same or consecutive serial numbers? Want to know what I should be expecting from dealer. Sadly, I am so picky that stuff like this matters to me. Its a curse. Like parking way out in the parking lot in the hopes it will keep my car ding free.

If mine are any indication, the Sopra 2s come in matched pairs with consecutive serial numbers. Labels on each of the boxes indicate the serial number with which each speaker is paired. Nothing indicated on the speakers themselves however to indicate they are matched, only on the original packaging.

The Sopra No 2's do come with consecutive serial numbers. Each carton lists both serial numbers. I have had my speakers for almost 5 months and they sound amazing.

I am using McIntosh 302 amp. The sound with the Sopra's No2 is really, really good. I was using an Aragon 8008 X 3. The mid and bass were good but the trebles after a few hours not so. The McIntosh is a perfect match. The Sopra's really sing.

There is a nice Luxman integrated for sale on this site that would bring out all of the best in the Focal's
