If you use a square of the Magic Eraser please make sure it is one that is detergent free. I used to use the Magic Eraser and now only the Zerodust alone. I believe it to be more effective. With any though you will need to make sure to have a steady hand.

ZeroDust here as well. I mount it to the plinth just to the side of the platter with a little Blu Tack so it's always ready, clean it with a piece of scotch tape once a week.

I wash mine under a running tap / faucet.

that's certainly a dangerous way of using the Zerodust. Regarding liquids, I agree they can be used with caution. I have MoFi's LP9 (similar to the Last cleaner) but only use it about once per month and then a very small dab. For almost all regular play, the ZeroDust does the job.
