Default Best "Flexible" Power Cord

AA Comrades,

I recently made a few significant changes in my system and now I'm interested in unifying all the power cords. Now I know there are a plethora of choices, but I'm looking for high performance power cords that won't lift my components off of their respective shelves. I'm a stickler for tidy cables behind the equipment. I'm currently using Analysis Plus Oval 2s for my mono amps, and stock cables everywhere else. I've been considering the Shunyata Venom line. Suggestions?

FWIW - I like the 'flat' form factor of the WW PCs. It allows them to be tied together into a nice flat-ish bundle which is very tidy.

Wireworld is very popular around here, to be sure. I'm using some. But if flexibility is a prime concern, then according to a Cable Company salesman I dealt with Kimber power cords are more flexible. Shunyatas, at least the two I have, are pretty flexible, though again, not as flexible as the Kimbers from what I understand. I have a Venom 3s on my TV and a Venom extension connecting everything to the wall outlet. No complaints about either.

Analysis Plus makes some very flexible cables too.

I have 2 Analysis Plus Oval 2s; one for each of my monos. I like the science behind their products. Have you used them before?

Yes. I still have one Power Oval as a spare. I switched to Transparent's Reference cables but I have a lot of respect for the AP cables.

The Shunyata ZTron Viper is a step up from the Venom in performance, it's the entry into Shunyata's excellent Ztron line, but doesn't have the bulky form factor of the upper levels. Quite flexible and manageable. I went with them because of this smaller form factor and the need for a more discrete, flexible solution in my system.

When you put 'best' and 'flexible' in same sentence, this cord immediately came to mind.. Albeit rather costly. What is your budget?

*Of course then there are others such as Nordost Odin/Valhalla2, Jorma Prime and Acrolink Mexcel 9500 which I consider to be 'sufficiently flexible' high performance PCs (depending on type of sound/color you are seeking).

But if Shunyata fits your criteria of flexibility, and when you are talking of replacing the loom, can't think of any better for the price. Perhaps the Audience24e which is also a strong performer at reasonable pricing.

In that case, I've gotta ask you: would you tell me the differences between AP & TA in your system?

Thank you. Adding them to the short list?
