If you're interested in reading the information use google translate. Pretty easy. Open a new window, then do a google search for google translate, then copy and paste the text into the correct field box.

There were a few problems with the MB50 that I couldn't live with, so I exchanged it for a PS Audio DirectStream Junior. First, the PlayFi iPhone/iPad app is horrible. I would call it an early beta product at best. Second, music streams from the iPhone/iPad, not directly into the MB50. If you close the PlayFi app or go out of wifi range, then the music stops. PlayFi would also run down my battery faster than any battery-hogging app I've ever experienced. Third, Spotify had constant "crackling/popping" noise above 1KHz. This only happened when streaming Spotify through MB50, not through Sonos.
In hindsight, the MB50 was fatiguing after a few hours of listening. I had to skip any music with blaring brass because it was painful. I attributed the tiring brightness to my speakers (B&W 805D3), but now with the DirectStream Jr., I realize the MB50 contributed a large part of the problem. Even with a "better" DAC, the MB50's software limitations make it unworthy of my modest audio system. |
