Default Audio Physic Fans?

Anyone here (in addition to Julian) a fan of the German made Audio Physic loudspeakers?

I've listened to the Virgos if I recall some time ago & they left me a lasting impression.

The Tempos were also playing with Bryston gear when I met Bryan Russell a couple of years ago here in Melbourne. It was in the top three best sounding rooms in show.

The current flagship Cardeas is being updated with the new Plus model about to be released.

Height 1190 mm / 46.9"
Width 305 mm / 12"
Depth 595 mm / 23.4"
Required Space Width x Depth 410x595 mm / 16.1x23.4"
Weight 60 kg
Recommended amplifier power 40-350 W
Impedance 4 Ohm
Frequency range 25 Hz - 40 kHz
Sensitivity 89 dB

I heard some little ones at the show driven with Jeff Roland gear; very impressive!

As you noted in your remarks, I am still a fan of Audio Physic and have decided to keep mine for another 40 years, or so.

I heard a pair of Virgo 25s at this years Salon Image & Son in Montreal and was suitably impressed. If I recall correctly, they were paired with ARC gear. For certain, my dealer speaks quite highly of them so they're on definitely on my short list (along with Sonus Faber and Focal) of speakers to audition come 2014 when I finally turn to replacing my long paid for Energy Veritas 1.8s.
