I'm sure the price won't be the same song. It only keeps going up and up.

Like the Golden Gate bridge it never changes. Not a fan. Props for design longevity mind you. If that floats your boat. The E type 911, quite remarkable.

Apparently Porsche build 130 test mules of the 992. Interesting that no interior pics were posted.

Some spy shots suggest more of a Panamera dash.

I'll keep my 991 Turbo S thank you.

Porsche enjoys the highest profit margins in the industry. Even Ferrari lags... Industry standard is 3-4% and Porsche enjoys over 15%. Build a fanatical base of fans, charge more every year and watch them get their panties up in a bunch and whine when they can't get the artificially limited run of certain models. The phenomenon is based on the mass hysteria of the fan forums that infect each other with "enthusiasm" and "lust" for products that are over priced and completely unnecessary for street driving. Sound familiar? It's everywhere with every interest and hobby and the internet is an excellent tool for fueling the flames of insanity.

1965 911 road test. That's when they used to be $6400 or $52k adjusted for inflation today. https://www.caranddriver.com/archive...ad-test-review

You left out the ridiculous maintenance fees as well. I had 4 bent rims from pot holes and despite having wheel and tire insurance porsche refused to replace the rims so long as they held air. I had the car back 4 times for the dealer to try and repair them but they were still oval. I gave up and sold the porsche

Porsche prices are rising faster than audio gear and that is saying something.

The new model looks pretty good in the photos except for the side shot which looks a bit to much like the Cayman around the doors.
