Question Audion Black Shadow 845 Mkii

Does anyone out there in AA land have the Audion Black Shadow 845 or the newer MKii version amps? I'd really love to read about your experiences if you do.

I have seen the Audion Black Shadow 845 Mk II on True Audiophile's website. Theses amplifiers are hand built, rated at 25 watts Class A, and are said to have extremely fast transient response thanks to the solid state rectification. The amps have a volume control on the front so a preamplifier is not necessary, although Audion recommends using a preamplifier. $13,499 a pair.
