Default Would like to demo Klipshorn

No wanting to hijack a similar thread, I would like to meet up with someone in (or near) Montreal that has a nicely set up pair of Khorns for a listen.

Ideas?

Best,

Matt

Never say never, but let me dig around and see what I can sort out locally.

Cheers!

You might post on the Klipsch forum. I know a guy who lives in Vermont however, I don't recall the city. If you're lucky, it might be northern VT.

Heck, there was a poster on that forum, 'The Ear' who lives in Montreal however, I don't know that he's got any Khorns. Kudret sold his Jubilee's, bummer. He also lives in Montreal.

The Klipsch corporate forum is not what it used to be. It's growing half is made up of Best Buy customers and the other half is the longtime audiophiles of Klipsch's days gone by.

Good luck.

I found a guy who switched from XRT1Ks to Kilpsch Jubilees! Remember those massive line arrays we listened to??

So, to the OP, if buying new Klipschorns I strongly encourage you to audition Klipsch Jubilees. I got the royal treatment when I got to audition a pair. And if you can give up the looks you will save some cheddar.
