Default Any comments on the CM9?

I'm considering between the Klipsch RF7, Sonus Faber Venere 3.0, and CM9 and possibly DT Mythos. The majority of my listening is 5.1 movies and am looking for someone's experience with movies and these CM9 speakers.

Chris

For movies I'd probably fo with the Klipsch. They'll play louder than the Sonus Faber model. I'd also try the BW, but I haven't heard them.

BTW, is that a pic of the Lear85 on your avatar? Are you an FX?

Don't tell me you were a casualty. That's my fleet. ;-) How do you like the MC300? I have an MA7000 with Focal 1028be speakers. ;-)

I remember you had some Rotel stuff. You've heard RF7's? What about your Focals on home theater??

Good talking to you Andy!

Yea. I still have the Rotel amp, an RMB1075 with a Marantz AV7005 downstairs in the theater. I have never heard the CM9s so can't comment on them. I'd love to have an all Focal system but that would mean spending another $10,000 for the center and rears. Just had a baby and not in the budget. He's eating more than I had planned. ;-)

Hey hope you're doing well. I remember I picked up your airplane on your last flight. I had just been hit by lightning the day prior and our airplane was broken. ;-)
