Headphone recommendation low budget
Our Son-In-Law flies from NC to NY every other week. He is looking for over the ear noise canceling headphones and his budget is $100.00. Suggestions? Have an extra? I will not buy for him since our daughter (his wife) has a bunch of baby gear that we are already taking care of for them for our first grand child expected in early July . Thanks, Jim

I think it's slim pickings for that price for over-the-ear noise cancelling. There are some good options, however, for in-ears in that price range, and in-ears actually typically have greater noise reduction than noise-cancelling, so if he can use in-ears he'll get better sound at that price. Have you checked innerfidelity.com and the "wall of fame"?

I own the ME Audio noise cancelling headphones and am happy with them. The battery last for over 8 hours. They included a hardcase, They can be had for way less than 100.00. On the negative side the bass is heavy and the cans could be bigger.
