Good luck on your recovery. I had right hip labral tear surgery last November. Hip is fine, but, it seems my back L5/S1 have bone spurs and signs of arthritis, which is causing problems in my feet now. It’s frustrating as I can’t walk very far at all now. Still waiting to see back doc.

Good luck with your back. You may want to consult Lawrence Gold, a Hanna Somatics practitioner about your back problems. He's helped me with mine.
