BUT -- I can still make a very small gain or phase adjustment one sub at a time and watch the graph of the screen flatten out and the smallest phase adjustment from any of my subs WILL make a large difference in the flattness of the response graph. Thus, it would appear that even if it can EQ only one channel, that each of the subs are involved.
[Actually, I switched to two JL Audio F113's, used a balanced XLR splitter from the LFE output on my pre-pro and treated both subs as masters and ran their own room EQ one at a time and then ran Room Perfect and that seems to have worked very well -- WITHOUT the SMS-1 at all.]
