Default BDP-3 Reviews

http://www.bryston.com/PDF/reviews/2...view_BDP-3.pdf

When using its built-in Media Player and playing local files, the BDP-3 further steps up the game and truly shines. In this mode, it actually performs on par with some of the very best digital sources that I have heard.

Very nice review! I concur .. the more I listen to my BDP3 / BDA3, the more I wish I had jumped on board sooner. Having been missing my McIntosh MS750 for over a year, I took a long while to look at the options before calling Ivan and getting his wisdom on the BDA3 & BDP3. I really wanted a display capability because I was so used to the MS750 interface. Ivan convinced me the BDP3 interface was slick and bullet proof. It is

Re-ripping 400 cd's is taking me quite a while but it gives me a good excuse to listen to some that I haven't played in years. A little T-Rex this evening sounded really good.

It took me months to import all my CDs. However, I have finished, and now, all I do is .

Would love to see a version of the BDP3 without the display and buttons, to be used as a AES/EBU XLR Roon Endpoint. The BDP3 is still in my shortlist though, together with the dCS Network Bridge, Auralic Aries G1 & G2 and Metrum Ambre. I guess I'll bite the bullet when the Nucleus+ finally arrives.

Hi Folks,

I have an English translation of a recent German review on our Bryston BDP-3 Digital Player in HIFI Magazine for Digital HiFi

My thanks to Peter Ullman for yet another translation.

Peter is 95 years old and still an avid audiophile with an excellent system. Peter recently lost his wife of 72 years and I thank him for his commitment to our hobby and his help over these many years undertaking our many German to English translations.

Much appreciated Peter!

James

What would be the preferred way to run from a Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet?
