I never thought it would make a difference in sound, only that they are much more difficult to get in order in the system (unwielding little bastards ).... I still think that length would probably make less of a difference in a power cable than a USB, wouldn't you agree?
Actually Randy, as I understand it due to the construction of the WW power cable the 2 meter length is actually more optimal given the conditioning characteristics. I was talked into getting 2meter lengths where a 1 meter would have been long enough. It sure does get crowded behind my rack though!

This has been a generally accepted 'fact' here for a few years. I have also read comments in other sites stating the 2 meter PC was better than the 1 meter.

Randy, Ivan was trying to do you a very big favor, not only providing more cable for less price, but even better, using his experience to get you the better sounding cable.

Indeed Randy, this does not hold true for power cables. A 2-meter power cable should sound better than a 1 meter.

That is interesting. I have never heard this before. Definitely was not anything but appreciative with Ivan on this and other dealings!

I certainly have no complaints on the WW PC, but man they are a bear to deal with behind the rack, especially with one like mine with very little extra "space"; I did finally did get the PCs muscled into place ....
