Default TAD 2404 Build

Hi Folks ,

I'm wondering if theres anyone here using TAD 2404 ? I've just finished building a pair with factory parts and my DIY cabinets .... Theres very little on the web about them and the only info I have from GT.Sound is in Japanese .

I have a few questions for anyone with experience setting them up ..

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Dan ,

They sound amazing . I personally have never heard a speaker as efficient.
I'm using a Aleph 30 ; its more than enough . The only down side is the amount of recordings they render unlistenable .

Great job. Any guess on their sensitivity?
A retired professor from the Penn law school not far from me (may he RIP) and spent his retirement building SET amps and speakers. The great majority of the drivers he used were TAD (along with a few Fostex, etc.). Always a treat to visit. When he passed away his kids, who thought he was crazy, either tossed or sold for a few cents on the dollar (they only wanted his $$) all of his gear. Sad they were so ignorant and uncaring.

Is this the same TAD that makes the TAD CR-1 and Ref 1 monitors?
