How's your fuel milage?

Around 14.5 combined with this:



Towing drops it to around 12. Highway mileage is a bit under 18.

Then, there's this one. 24 - 25 HWY, around 14 - 15 around town. I tend to have a heavy foot when driving it. It's all the car's fault...really...because it has over 400 RWHP.



I hand calculate the mileage figures as the EVIC computer on both of those vehicles is grossly inaccurate.

Bill.......You're right, being surprised with performance beyond my original expectations was a pleasant surprise. The Tahoe LTZ still impresses me. The mileage has remained at 19 mpg just running around and 24+ mpg on the highway keeping the cruise engaged and no faster than 70 mph. The magnetic controlled suspension delivers an excellent ride, the cabin is quiet, and the leather seats with all the adjustments are comfortable and supportive. I am happy enough with this vehicle that I will probably keep it a few more years. I have owned several SUV's and this one is turning out to be the best one so far.

Just reset the computer after the "spring oil change" (only about 8K miles/yr) and over the past 12mon the trip computer average mileage is 26.8mpg. Again, very pleased to not be putting my money into the pockets of the oil companies. One thing I like about the modern auto electronics is how accurate the info is. Also like how the M-B cruise control allows for either 1mph or 5mph increments in setting same.

I just got 2017 (5 months ago) F Pace Jaguar 345 HP about 4000 ponds it a lot of fun to drive. I'm getting about 19 miles per gallon

Herman.......I like the F Pace. That's a nice vehicle. I need to stop by my Jaguar dealer and take a look at the new 2017's.........then again, maybe I should keep my distance. .

I have seen them and driven one. They are quite amazing! There is a Jag/Porsche/Range Rover and Land Rover/Volvo massive dealership here that is already pointing their Porsche and RR/LR customers to the Jags stating more reasonable prices, equal performance and more dependability believe it or not...

I had been thinking Range Rover supercharged would replace my Infiniti FX50S (a rocketship of an SUV) but it may be a Jag....
