I wish GOT was like the Netflix series. Where all the episodes came out at once. However if that was the case I would've missed work today.

I rarely watched Game of Thrones because I don't have the patience for continuing series. But at a recent family gathering my flutist daughter, my violinist cousin and I were talking about the show and they were concentrating on the music. I never really paid attention to the music. I learned it's not just background music. Each of the characters has their own themes and motifs. My daughter can sing them all.

Like Emile, I thought the opening sequence in Season 7 was top shelf. Really well done.

Gary, a lot of the episodes seemed to drag on for me. They are setups for action or key plot points to come later.

That's why I'm not sure I could go back and binge watch previous seasons.

I don't blame you. To me, the series boils down to a lot of battles and sex in snowy locations and sci-fi-ish characters. It never really held my attention.
