I appreciate that although demand is high now Mat is being cautious, sure it might take a little longer to get your table in certain instances but he doesn't have to worry about letting anyone go if business slows down.

Or excess inventory or supporting a physical plant too large for markets demands and a host of other problems (when us 'graying' purchasers start dying off and our TTs go on the used market, etc.). Feel sure Matt has learned a great deal from his father concerning the vicissitudes of the market.
