Do you feel the image height of the Alexia is significantly higher than what the Sasha gives?

I do feel it was higher not sure I would call it significantly higher like I feel with the XLF's or the Maxx's

The color is Gallaxy Grey... I thought it was a very nice color.

Chuck
That's the kind of info foks need. I've been very busy lately. Amazing how busy one can get in "retirement". I'm not known as the "tweaker" for nothing. I recently had a Tg60 whole house surge supressor installed. See my thread which no one paid much attention to. I am telling you the difference in my Maxx3 treble and upper midrange was remarkable. Whatever edge and grain that I had heard vanished. Transient response became blazingly fast and resolution increased on CD after CD. The Maxxes will play 3 dB louder without hardness. I already had extensive filtration. This is not a placebo effect. Also my equipment rack always had previously produced a faint but audible hum due to the sheer amount of equipment concentrated there. My room is quiet. You can hear a pin drop literally. Hum is gone from my rack and also my amps. Completely, totally period. While I have no doubt that from what you say the Alexia is a significantly better speaker top to bottom in all categories, you may find the edge you hear in your Sasha treble eliminated by a Tg60. I have always preferred Ti over silk for a tweeter, like the sound better, but Ti can produce an edge with the wrong equipment. Eliminate the edge and man, you get a winner with a properly executed Ti tweeter. You can call me nutty but metal reproduces metal better than cloth. I know this last statement will bring some laughs

The Highs of the Alexia are smoother (less of an edge) compared to Sasha's yet no loss of detail. The speakers were very coherent and the bass was tight and seemed to go lower than my Sashas. I could listen to these speakers for hours without fatigue.

Pictures don't do the Alexia justice. They are even more beautiful in person:

Thanks for the feedback Chuck! My Momentum monos are ready to rock with the Alexias. I can't wait!

Can't wait to see a stereophile review of the Alexia. I am happy to see more speaker manufacturers focusing on time domain performance.
