Patrick,

It should not be a problem in your situation. It consumes 600 watts of AC all the time. As long as it is in the open, you will be fine. It like running a little 600 watt space heater but worth it.

at pdough , Joe and Penthouse-D:

is a "stupid question but is so:
I use a xp20 with a x250.5:
I can change my gear only with other gaer from Passlabs or Gryphon & meitner ..now:
2 channel pure stereo , no ore (i had in the past a HC all Classe audio but stereo give more pleasure)

a X350.5 with a Meintner Ma1 (and i chang my Bryston Bda1 too,
or

a Gryphon Diablo with a Meintner Ma2

the X250.5 can I sell in a second time as privat....

Is too a good idea in place of the x350.5 go wiht a copy of CXA100.5! so I have a great (for me ) x250.5 and a pair class A XA100.5

--> speaker wiil be B&W 802d2.... after listen other this one (and I had too a pair of 802d2 last year) is very top for performance&price.
If I can a pair of Magico S5 or Wilson Sasha (Sophia3 ?!) focal Utopia scala or very apprecied but I pay the 802d2 new with a great discount...

of course the Xp20 & the x250.5 stay at ma home.
I go back a pair of speaker...(Raidho C3.1)

thanks for opinion!

Hi,

the x350.5 have a sound not so good (side by side ) like the x250.5 this last is better. have a sound more natural.

from the x600.5 and the 350.5? the 600.5 anyway.

but what for speakers you have to drive? the 600 are very big..and not in dimension and watt but they have a lot of Ampere...

the 402e is a good ampli: vs the 350.5 is better but overpriced.

I'm on the fence between a Bryston 14bsst˛ and a pass x350.5.

I know they have a different sound, but can't decide on which one...

speakers are von schweikert unifield 3, so both amps are more power than I need.

anyone have any thoughts to sway me one way or the other?

Having heard both you are on a winner with either. They are both very good value for money and can drive just about anything.

Hi raidho,

Just confirming you found Krell 402e a better amp than pass labs x350.5.
How would you compare 402e with x600.5
Thanks
Mohammad
