Hello everyone! I am new here in AA and currently have a question about speaker cables that would go well with the Sasha2/Pass XA60.8 combo. I am little tight on budget right now, and currently considering the Transparent Musicwave Super or the Acoustic Zen Hologram II. Anyone have experience with these cables or have any suggestions which might be a better match for my system? (or if these two is a good match at all?) Budget is under $1500. Thanks, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to AA! I can only speak to the transparent brand. I can tell you that you will lose some bass and instruments separation with the super. Your amp and speakers are very revealing and deserves at least TA reference, but that will break your budget. You may want to try some other brand or plan to trade in the supers next year.

I can't answer your question about Wireworld and Wilson, but I am interested in your observations. How many hours did the Sasha 2 have on them and what ancillary equipment/cables were used.I assume the Sasha 1 was well run in.

I found Nordost Tyr 1 to be very thin-lacking body and the bass ran and hid.
Gryphon Audio cable with Pass 260.5 monos and Sasha 1 was very good indeed.

Thanks everyone for your replies and warm welcome. :-) After doing additional research and reading other threads here in AA, I have decided to go with the best Transparents that I can afford, and then upgrade down the road as Marc suggested.
