Default Auditoreum 23 speaker cable

I replaced Purist Audio Venustas, a very good cable, with A23. The A23 presents the music in a much more natural way.

Anyone using their Shindo in a mixed media setup? My system must handle vinyl, digital via dac, and home theater. Space considerations and life control that. I can afford to go into some Shindo gear, and will seriously consider it. But right now I have a leben setup that works beautifully in all three modes. So I'm suspecting a Shindo preamp like the massetto will too...

Any thoughts and input from actual experience would be appreciated.

Ciao,

J

I think Shindo is best used in 2 channel audio only, it is very well with vinyl and dac, not for home theater though.

If you don't mind listening to theater like the old days (ie. voice of the theater 2 channel), you're in for a real treat listening to movies via Shindo. It's so fun watching my entire family get immersed in the movie's content, knowing it's the fine audio that's transporting there...

The same emotional effect Shindo eloquently produces when listening to music is also quite present when listening to a movie. This is the real home theater!

I am sure it works very well in home theater, but personally I am not a movie guy and it would be a waste of tube life....
