P5 issue
I have my P5 triggered so when my C2300 powers on the P5 turns on. Zones A B and C come on, zone D is delayed. When zone D comes on the other three zones shut down. I can manually turn on the other three zones after they shut down. I check the Scope and there is nothing on the graph or status page - all blank. If I put zone D on switched setting and power on the P5 all zones come on momentarily but then shut down and a message states Under Voltage Shutdown. My nearby APC H15 states incoming voltage at 122 V. This issue started yesterday. I have reached out to PS Audio but awaiting a reply. Any thoughts from other users? Unit is just outside of warranty period by 3 weeks.

Turn off your P5, insert the SD card and turn on the P5. Wait until it is finished, turn off the P5 and remove the SD card (otherwise it will reflash your system every time you turn it off and on!). Good luck

Have spoken to PS Audio. They sent me the latest firmware to load, but they feel it is an I/O board problem. This unit has less than 300 hrs on it but 2 months out of warranty. Will try new firmware tonight.

Underwood HiFi. I have talked to the Dir. of Engr. at PS Audio and they are going to honor a warranty repair if the s/w update does not solve the issue.
