Alice can't make it through the keyhole
Alice did make thru the rabbit hole,only the OP(ME) couldn't see it.
The keyhole slots are there(only underneath the fabric)as some customers don't hang them and they don't want slits in the fabric. Christina(GIK)pointed that out. Just a tad embarrassed here(as I should be)jumped the gun way to fast and my sincere apologies to GIK. Have and will delete my posts and will stop and think before I put my foot in my mouth. Your experience is 180 degrees from what I experienced. They went out of their way to help me get my "Art" the way I wanted it. I received 9 panels in two boxes without any issues.
As I remember GIK supplied everything I required except for the hooks I used to attach the units on the wall.  My Realtraps look pretty pedestrian in comparison.

My experience with GIK has been 100% positive. Each of my 14 traps has been exactly as ordered. Thumbs way up for GIK from me.
It sounds like GIK has tried to make the courier's mistake right. I am a little surprised that you haven't just called them about this keyhole slot issue rather than going to the forums so quickly....

Gotta say my GIK experience was a good one as well. All five of my traps were fine and boxed well. As suggested a phone call is in order, I called them a few times and was always helped without issue. Sorry for your trouble.

Wow, I don't know how I missed this thread over the past week (I swear I've been checking the GIK forum?!)
Anyways, glad that everyone else has had a good experience and I'm glad Christina sorted you out Don. It's fairly easy to get frustrated at such things. You wait for products to be built, and shipped, and when they finally get there you're so eager to get them up and listen to the difference, it can definitely be a frustrating experience when you've got an additional delay when you're not sure how to mount them. In either case, even if someone does get worked up or confused I'm glad there are forums for people to discuss it publicly. Though I wouldn't want people to be disappointed with our products or service, I'd rather work for a company that is aware of our mistakes instead of pretending like they don't happen, and a forum is a great place to discuss such things.
