My only concern is a power outage. I have a fair amount of food and 70+ bottles of vino, so I should be set otherwise.

That's basically how I feel.

I have no danger of flooding and my trees are pruned and already dropping many leaves for reduced wind load.

Drove south on I95 Saturday into SC and noticed quite a few flat bed 18 wheelers hauling 10-30-40 KW generators northward.

Cannot believe the area inwhich I am visiting received no rain. Heading home this morning.

Hoping & praying for the best outcome for those impacted by this storm.

Here's an interesting night view from the International Space Station showing Hurricane Sandy approaching the east coast of the USA. City lights clearly outline the state of Florida. Atlanta, Georgia is the bright spot on the left of the image just above Florida. Clouds are highlighted by the moon.
