Inakustik Reference 4004 Air Speaker Cable
Anyone have any experience with these speaker cables. I have been doing some research online and for some reason their design intrigues me. I know they make a copper reference as well as a full silver which as you can imagine is quite a lot more money. Unfortunately no one here has heard of them let alone sell them even though the distributor is located here in Canada.
Would appreciate any experience or thoughts.

Interesting design & construction, but the sheathing is pretty thin - almost transparent. Should that be of concern --

You may check over Canuck Audio Mart, there are two sets for sale right now. I almost never see them popping up on the used market.
Inakustik cables are some of the finest I have seen. I had the 2404 Air AES/EBU and I believe it was the most detailed, silent and clear digital cable I have heard (tried more than 12 differents). With my Bryston gear it was just a tad on the higher register for me. Construction and quality are I think the best I have seen, alond my Kimber KS6063. As with anything cables, pairing, synergy and personal taste is a hit or miss. If you can, ask for a demo pair and pay full price if you like them. You can get a pair at half price on the used market though with luck. You can resell if you don't like them.
