It is difficult to understand your reason for starting the thread. You say you were wanting to buy a Cremona M, but the distributor told you there was a new model coming and to wait. Now you are saying that you hate the Sonus Faber sound, and have indicated you find most of their speakers to sound terrible. I cannot understand why you would have been interested in buying one if you hate the sound. If you like Tidal speakers, fine. Maybe listen to Marten Design as well if that is the sort of sound you like. It certainly is not the type of sound you get from SF. The distributor is the importer, the sellers (you mentioned 2) are dealers who get the product from the (sole) distributor. Despite Bill's antsy comments, the information you were given and passed across in your post is correct for your market, and it was provided by a Sonus Faber employee. So thanks for that, at least. But not for bagging our beloved Sonus Fabers |
