Mines listed as only good to 200 meters. When did they add that extra 200?

I think early 80's they went to 300m from 200m. Also plexi to sapphire. Early subs were actually 100m...

Hmmm...the one I bought my father was sapphire and 200 m I thought ... around 2000.
