Default Where to put a pair of Venoms

System upgrades elsewhere have left me with two spare pair of Venom 3 cables.

I have two places in mind:

1) One between my VPI SDS and the wall and the other between the SDS and my VPI Super Scoutmaster turntable

2) One for my powered sub (Velodyne ULD-18) and one for my surround speaker amplifer (Rotel 1510).

Part of me thinks that the VPI is the best place, but as both are just for power and not for actual audio circuitry, another part thinks the powered sub and other amp are the best places.

Note that even though they're not Venom 3 HCs, the Venom 3 is substantially more robust than the stock cable on either the sub or amp (which actually both use ungrounded C17 cords and C18 chassis jacks.)

Any thoughts?

If the turntable or turntable power supply is on the same power line as any other audio equipment using the Venom power cables on them would be the ideal choice of the two, given the amount of noise they reflect back onto the power line.

The turntable is, for all practical purposes, an AC noise generator as it is not in the signal chain (there are no power connections to the cartridge). By far the best option is to place the turntable on a separate AC line, so it cannot inject noise back onto the shared line powering other audio components... In this case the power cord will not matter.
