Playing Sawgrass today!
I'm on a NADA dealer 20 group trip to Jacksonville for a few days, and will get to play the stadium course at Sawgrass today. Being a mid 80's player, this should be a real test of my game. This is a beautiful facility BTW!
Anyhow, the weather looks good and I'm really looking forward to the afternoon round. Regards, Jim

Why don't you pop over to south Georgia while you are here and listen to some tunes? Glad to have you down south Jim. Hope you have a great time.

An absolutly stunning and difficult Pete Dye course, which was in perfect condition. A real Treat! Our forecaddy went to high school with my brother and law and his brother. Small world.

Fun course, you'll enjoy it. One thing I noticed that when I played it was that the pro tees gave better launch angles then the blue tees. If I played it again, I would either play the whites or black (pro) tees. The women's tees I thought were the worst with lots of visual intimidation. Of course, all that may have changed since it’s been over 10 years since I played.

Since 2 of our players were higher handicaps we played the whites, and your blue black assessment still holds true IMHO.

It's nice to know some things don't change.
