On a side note -- if you enjoy the 12v triggering of your McIntosh gear, the Dan D'Agostino gear uses 3.5mm mono plugs verses the stereo plugs McIntosh requires. I had one long mono that I connected the amps with and currently using a 1M stereo pair from the Progression Preamp to the right amp -- but seated the plug firmly and then backed it out half way. I don't like that, but will do for now until the new 1M mono 3.5mm cable comes in. P.S. Your speakers finish looks like Argento Silver? Best Sir, Bob
