PS PPP Where to place it
I was looking at my set up of equipment the other day to figure out where to place my new PS Audio PPP and I'm coming up dry! ( In time I will add a second one as well) I really don't want to stack it on top or the other gear, but would it be OK to place it either over or under the MC 501's on the lower part of my set up. I worry about the heat issue from two parts that give off heat. Is this a bad idea???? If so I'll have to work something else out. I know you want to see a photo. The photo I will post is my set up prior to adding the MC501's, but other then that it looks the same. The empty bottom space is now filled with the other 501. On top a computer screen has been added to control the MS-300 plus there are square lamps on each back corner of the top back corners. I got rid of the 751/700 and replaced it with a MCD-500. Frank, in Florida I have my PPP's on top of my MC1.2KW's with zero heat issues. In the Cape, I have two stacks of PPP's (6 in each) again zero heat issues.

Frank , you should be able to put it on your 501's. If you had Class A amps that generated a lot of heat that would be a different story. You may be able to squeeze it in somewhere else in your rack too.

Frank.......You will not have any heat issues with the PPP siting on top of a MC501. I have two PPP's, one each on top of my two MC501's with no heat issues whatsoever.
