Ivan...that will be an interesting comparison. WW Platinums continue to be good value as you go beyond this price point.

I'd still like to see you pickup Siltech along the way. I've been extremely happy using Siltech Royal Signature Ruby Mountain II G7 for the MC2301s & am keen add more.

Steve,
The Siltech stuff is always good from what I've heard. BTW I just wasted another $3k on a power cable... der... Thats the 5th time this year I've completely wasted me cash... when will I ever learn... swear my brain must be shrinking every time I do it. I am such an idiot... and as for me ego... best not talk about it.

You know, I'm still contemplating whether to add some Shunyata Zitron Anacondas from the wall to the Cyclops, maybe even From Hydra Talos too. Or, just bite the bullet & go more Siltech Ruby Mountains on that side of the conditioner.

Some will argue loom synergy, others like Toga like to mix. I'm in the in between camp where I prefer to group by segment. Eg. My last consolidation was WW Platinum HDMI & USB interconnects for all the digital side.

The thing is, after awhile you take the improvement for granted & wonder how you ever accepted less. Once you cross over, the snakes do end up getting into your wallet..

I have no idea if every power cord can change the sound but there are some out there that if you can't hear the difference between those and stock, here is my suggestion.

You will save yourself a lot more than $1k-$2k.

The guys at my cable company want me to use, of course, a $3,000 power cord.
I may have a good answer for you soon. My Krell amps come with their own dedicated power cords. I am having them modified for use with my 20A Anacondas. Once done, I will post the results. My experience with preamps and sources suggest aftermarket cords can make a big difference. I have an Anaconda on my sub, but I honestly never tried the stock cord (ML Descent i).

Default On my F113

I was running a Shunyata Venom on my F113.
I had to lift the ground because of a hum in my system.
I just changed PC to a WW Silver Electra.
the hum is gone and the bass is cleaner and faster.

Hi, haven't posted here much. Have heard the Tara Cobalt and it's great. Looking for comparisons to Shunyata Alpha, Ansuz, or Audience. Please let me know, thanks.
