Default Mounting large LED TV to plywood

I have a nice dilemma. We are moving this coming summer into a brand new home. It will have a dedicated A/V room that is 21' x 16', with double doors on one short wall and a window on the opposite short wall. I asked the builder if the window could be eliminated from the plan, but according to code, it needs to be there.

I am looking at a 75" Samsung LED TV and mounting it to the wall, but the window will be in the way. I'm trying to figure out how to solve this.

Considering covering the window with 3/4" plywood attached to the surrounding studs. I would then attach the TV wall mount (non-articulating) to the plywood (likely using bolts with large washers).

My worry is will this be strong enough? I would really rather avoid the TV falling to the floor. Thoughts or suggestions?
