I think units such as the MR88 require a dedicated "mini-tuner" that connects to a rear panel jack. Audiovox used to make one. Sirius/XM has changed its satellites and technology a lot over the years, so it's possible you may not get all of the channels or the best SQ with the MR88. But it's probably worth trying. I'm certainly curious.
