Default Shindo Aurieges L it is Pitch Perfect!

I have been running a Modwright SWL 9.0 Special Edition tube rectified and I have really enjoyed it. However, Have been craving a Shindo Preamp to go with my MC275. I was able to pick up some Auditorium 23 speaker cables from Matt at Pitch Perfect a few weeks ago which have been a great improvement over my entry level Transparent cables.

I have been looking for an Aurieges for a while now and have missed the ones that Matt has had for sale. But lucky me I came across a Shindo Aurieges L for sale locally at a very fair price. I was quick to respond and was able to meet the seller later that same day. What fun - not having to wait for shipping etc.

Please excuse the dust and smudges... It is in 10/10 condition and is only 7 months old.

Well everything I have read it true. This is a fantastic preamp. The Modwright was very good - this is better! It works very well with my MC275.

I am sure down the road I will buy a Shindo amp and I plan on changing my Usher BE718's to Devore's. But right now this set up works and it works well. I am supper happy.

I want to point out that Matt at Pitch Perfect has been very helpful. I wish I could have bought the pre directly from him but a local deal with no shipping or customs was too good to pass up! Matt was great with my cable purchase and I will buy from him again.

Hi Cuke congrats! I once brought my Aurieges to a friend's place to try with his 275 and he was absolutely floored by the sound. He almost immediately went out and got a Monbrison. Yes the Aurieges and 275 are a good match so enjoy. When you're ready though you should try it with a Shindo amp, you'll find that the sound improves even more in terms of the tonality, texture, details etc.

Sweet. If you do anything that resembles a review once it is settled in, I'd sure like to read it. And photos are great. I am enjoying what you've put up. And would look forward to seeing more if you get a chance.
