Good. Tidal managed by Roon is seamless with your own library. — Like an album on Tidal? Click ‘Add to Library’. Now it shows up as if it IS in your library.

Be careful or you might want to upgrade your DAC. A slippery slope you’ve started down.

Default Comparing digital files/sources to each other and to vinyl...

Haha - well, my analog setup is complete so maybe this will be my new project… ;-)

... got to say I‘m liking it more and more. I had quite a bit of trouble integrating Roon into my system - but I‘ve got it working (almost) perfectly now. By now I would actually consider Tidal and the streaming setup via Roon an essential part of my listening and I would certainly miss it a lot if it were to vanish...

No worries Qobuz is coming, in October. And you don't have to give Bob any of your hard earned money to get upsampled 17/96 content.

Danny from Roon mentioned yesterday that they are talking to Qobuz, so here's hoping.

... I‘m in Germany - so I could theoretically use Qoboz already - no integration into Roon yet though. Nice if it comes...

... but why shouldn’t Qoboz share the same destiny as Tidal (given the Rumors are actually true)?
