They awarded the B&W 802D3 the same score of 90%. Quite different sounding speakers but IMO the Alexia 2 is probably a few points higher. Amazing driver integration and coherence sets it apart.

For some reason I just can't like the look of them - reminds me too much of Dr Who episodes...

A few points higher? Ya Think? Good speaker but not in the same league with Alexia 1 or 2.

They make up for it by disappearing 'acoustically', but I actually quite like the look.

The main difference between my wife and my speakers is that I can sit down for several hours and enjoy listening to my speakers.
