Deciding games on PK's is so frigging stupid. Make them keep playing until there is a winner. If they have to take one guy off each team every 15 minutes until it's three on three if you have to.

Well, that is the basics of football, sometimes your team sucks but you have a decent goalie that gives you the victory, it shows that a team has to have good strategy for penalty kicks as well. Everybody knows the rules.

That isn't the "basics" of football/soccer. The first time it was actually used to decide a World Cup match wasn't until 1982. We sure don't see hockey using shoot-outs to decide the Stanley Cup. Football (American) doesn't have field goals kickers going back and forth until a playoff game is decided. Baseball doesn't go to home run derby to come up with a winner, Basketball doesn't use a three point contest or shoot free throws to decide a game.
