Default Marantz 2245 price

Whats a good price for one of these that works but probably needs a good cleaning inside?

Chad.......The site Priceonomics says a Marantz 2245 goes for $230 to $282 depending on condition.

I just sold a 2245 about 6-7 months ago. With new caps, totally clean-up. No wooden case, easily $200 or more. One that needs work give no more than $100 - $150. I'll also say that it's not worth either price, but.............

They sure are beautiful. That design has stood the test of time.
local second hand shop has one for $265. They go thru them, make sure all is well and working. You can usually find comparable sound quality in other receivers for less money. Marantz seems to demand higher prices

Used off craigs they go for anywhere from $100 up to $300 where I am.
