I didn't like the T1 that much.

First, it's semi open not open and that has the obvious influence on the sound, then it has the infamous Beyer treble peak.

The HD800 has it's flaws too but they're small.

The A1 is a little long in the tooth as far as amps goes. I just ordered one at a great price of $630 new delivered so I hope it's good. Anyone else here has one?

I found the A1 ok, nothing spectacular though.
