It is sharp, clear, localized, precise, specific, and only coming from (both) woofers on my S5s. It is going to take all of my will power to not go crazy with the volume on rock nights. This cable is fantastic.
Glad to hear it's snapping into focus for you! Had a non-audiophile friend over tonight and he ended up staying for several hours, asking to hear more and more of his favorite tunes. He used the fancy words "awesome" and "fun" several times and even said, "I'd love to have this at my place." It's nice when things sound just right.

Caelin,

Just wondering why your web pages for the Anaconda digital cables still not update with the latest info and photo?

I have ordered an AES cable from my local dealer (I am in Asia) last month but still waiting for the shipment to be arrived. How do I check if it is the new version when I received it?

Cheers.

Our photographer was a bit busy but we now have the photos so that the information can be updated.

You will get the proper version. There are NO other versions available and we have exchanged all of the older versions.

Just picked up the new Anaconda digital XLR cable from my local dealer this afternoon. Wow, surprised to find the cable to be so "thin". This is also the first time my dealer see this new cable. We double checked the box and the label on the cable a few times just to be sure Guess we normal associate Anaconda cables to be the thickest in the series.

Will try to burn-in this cable for next few days...

If you are still a little concerned about the provenance, you could always email a photo of your new cable/box/label to Shunyata for them to confirm

But yes, I have Anaconda XLR IC, and they too are tiny next to my older generation Aries Aurora IC.
