Default Esoteric Digital Player Question

Hi All,

Is there a way to play the CD layer from a hybrid SACD on the Esoteric Digital Players? I'm interested in doing a digital output to a different DAC and since SACDs are copyright protected, I would like to choose the CD layer on hybrid SACDs.

Thanks,
Ken

First, press the stop button if a CD is playing. Once stopped, press the stop button for at least two seconds to change the CD layer. Alternatively, you can change the layer by pressing the "play area" button on the remote control. Hope this helps.

I think you can output SACD to an external DAC with the USB connection which is not forbidden by the copyright agreement (an oversight on Sony's part).
